At Cath Lair Farms, all of our services are based on having the space and flexibility to provide what you need. The multiple stabling options as well as boarders being free to use our over sized (125 x 350) outdoor arena, a covered arena, and a 50 ft round pen allow us to provide you with a variety of options for housing and riding.
Horse Boarding
Horse Boarding
You can choose to board your animal by the year, month, or week. If you need a place for a long-term stay or just someone to take care of your equine family member while you go on vacation, we have you covered.
Rates
Our boarding fees include daily stall cleaning and up to 20 pounds of feed per horse per day. Our prices are adjusted based on the length of stay, type of stabling preferred, and whether or not we provide the feed and supplements. You also have the option to have your horse regularly groomed and exercised.

Riding Lessons
Riding Lessons
Fairbanks is home to a wide variety of knowledgeable equine professionals, and we maintain relationships with several instructors. If you're interested in lessons at the farm, we will connect you with the instructor that you need. Lessons are available to riders of every discipline and riding level.
• Individual Lessons – $50/Hour
• Group Lessons (for Groups of 3 or More) – $40/Hour per Person
